Hey CreateHERโ€™s,

Feliz martes! ๐ŸŒฎ

We're back with another Tuesday drop โ€” and this week is packed. Let's get into it.

๐Ÿ“ฃ Something True: Reminder about our Panel

This one's short because you've already heard us talk about it.

The Job Readiness & AI-Era Careers Workshop + Panel is in two days โ€” Thursday, May 7 from 3:00โ€“4:15 PM ET. Neha, Khushboo, and Jazmine are ready. The session is free, live, and built around the real questions you submitted!

If you're actively applying, stuck in the interview loop, or planning a pivot, we encourage you to show up!

Can't make it live? Register anyway โ€” the replay goes to all registrants.

๐Ÿ‘€  Something New: the course that meets you where you are

Last week we introduced harness engineering: the shift from writing better prompts to building better systems around AI. Hugging Face just dropped something thatโ€™ll bridge the gap between prompt and harness engineering if youโ€™re looking for more in-depth experience!

The Hugging Face Context Course is a free, hands-on course covering Model Context Protocol (MCP), AI agents, and context engineering in Python and TypeScript. Over 40,000 people have already enrolled. The first live session is May 12 โ€” next Monday!

Still want the CHF harness engineering workshop? The poll is still open! Keep voting!

NYTW Intern Hackathon โ€” June 7, New York

For the NY Tech Week crowd: the highest-signal one-day hackathon of the week. World-class judges, real prizes, one day to build and show. Note: this one is specifically for interns, so check eligibility before registering.
